Providing you with the Hope you need for change to begin.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist. As an Independent Private Practitioner, I provide Telehealth Psychotherapy services to individuals and families throughout the state of Arizona. I have a deep passion for supporting children, adolescents, and adults on their mental health journey in individual and family therapy settings. My journey into helping others started in my hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, where early experiences within my community inspired a lifelong dedication to service and healing. From there I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville Tennessee, followed by my Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at El Paso.
I have been working in the mental health field for nearly 16 years, and as a military spouse, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals from all over the country and the world. These experiences have deepened my understanding of different perspectives and strengthened my ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
I became a therapist because I wanted to make a tangible, positive impact—helping people face challenges, navigate obstacles, and reclaim their lives. I approach therapy with compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help people create meaningful change.
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud wife, mother to two amazing children, and a dog mom to a rescue pup from Hawaii who keeps our family on our toes! I love listening to a variety of different genres of music, watching anything that makes me laugh because heaven knows we need laughter, and learning about Japanese Ikebana, a traditional art of flower arranging that focuses on balance, harmony, and simplicity.
I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey and support you in building the resilience, insight, and strength you need to thrive.

My Story of Hope
The concept of hope is central to both my personal and professional life. It’s more than a word to me—it’s a family name. My mother gave me Hope as my middle name, and I passed it on to my daughter. Hope has been a guiding presence throughout my life—quietly steady during moments of uncertainty and powerfully transformative during times of growth. It has reminded me that even in seasons of struggle, healing is possible, and that meaningful change often begins with believing in what cannot yet be seen. Hope has taught me resilience, patience, and the courage to keep moving forward when the path felt unclear. It is the foundation that has shaped not only my personal journey, but also my passion for helping others discover their own capacity for healing, strength, and renewal. To me, hope doesn’t guarantee outcomes—but it changes the odds. It keeps people alive long enough, strong enough, and brave enough for change to happen. I strive to bring that sense of possibility to every client I work with.
- With Dedication to my Daughter
