I provide Telehealth psychotherapy services for children (ages 6–12), adolescents (13–17), and adults (18+) in individual and family formats for supporting clients through life’s challenges and help foster hope, growth, healing, and connection.
Individual Therapy: A safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills, improving self-understanding, and creating meaningful change.
Family Therapy: Focuses on improving relationships, understanding dynamics, and fostering healthier interactions within the family unit. Families can work through challenges together while building stronger bonds.

I understand that seeking mental health support can feel overwhelming, and the last thing it should do is add financial stress. That’s why I offer flexible payment options to make therapy more accessible.
Mental health challenges are hard enough to face—navigating payment for services shouldn’t make it harder. My goal is to remove barriers so you can focus on your growth, healing, and well-being without added worry.
I currently accept insurance through the Rula Network. Please visit the following link to check if your insurance is listed. If it is, you will be able to schedule your first session there.

If your insurance is not listed, I provide self-pay and sliding scale options. I can provide you with a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. For help with exploring self-pay and sliding scale options, complete the contact card under the contact tab.
Curious about how to discuss out of network and superbill options with your insurance company? Try using these questions when contacting your insurance provider:
DO I HAVE OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS FOR OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (CPT CODE 90837 OR 90834)?
DO I HAVE A DEDUCTIBLE FOR OUT-OF-NETWORK CARE? IF SO, HOW MUCH OF IT HAVE I MET THIS YEAR?
WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE SESSION FEE WILL BE REIMBURSED AFTER MY DEDUCTIBLE IS MET?
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE COVERED PER YEAR?
DO I NEED A REFERRAL OR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN?
HOW DO I SUBMIT A SUPERBILL OR CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT?
HOW LONG DOES REIMBURSEMENT TYPICALLY TAKE?
WILL THE REIMBURSEMENT BE SENT DIRECTLY TO ME, OR TO THE PROVIDER?
